ABOUT

After growing up in Massachusetts, a lifetime of travel and community work opened my eyes and heart to the many ways people live and make meaning of experience. This perspective has informed the strengths-based, person-centered approach to my work as a therapist, and is the foundation of my belief in creating a space that is warm and welcoming, where you feel I am actively alongside you in your journey.

Social work has been central to my professional life long before receiving my degree, beginning my career leading youth programs, working in domestic abuse advocacy, facilitating women's groups and continuing work in community dialogue facilitation. Through a relational, narrative and IFS lens, I will work with you to make meaning of your life experiences and live more closely to the values you feel are most important.

In addition to my LICSW, I also have certifications in mediation and dialogue facilitation, as well as a MA in conflict transformation and peacebuilding.

My practice is open to individuals, couples, groups and families ages 13+ who are coping with a range of issues, including surviving and processing trauma. I particularly enjoy working with youth and those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community.

This land has been cared for by Indigenous peoples for generations, and we honor their enduring legacy.

We recognize the profound harm caused by colonization and the ongoing challenges faced by Indigenous peoples. We are committed to advocating for social justice, amplifying Indigenous voices, and working toward a future that respects and uplifts Indigenous rights and sovereignty.
